Cancellation to Serenity Brows Organic Studio

We have reserved time and space especially for you If you need to cancel or reschedule the date of your appointment,

We request a minimum of 24 hour notice.

In the case than a 24 hour notice is not received, a cancelation fee in the amount of in the amount of $100 will be charged.

If for any reason Serenity Brows needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be give. A credit card or gift card may be required to reserve appointments at our discretion.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but they can be applied toward ANOTHER PROCEDURE.

PACKAGES

In the purchase of packages, if not all sessions are carried out, it is not refundable. Any remaining value can be used for other spa services.
